The personal data of Application Users is processed for the purposes of:

The Processor uses third-party tools that may process information about Users regarding their activity on the Application, on other websites or on social media. The data is processed to create analysis and statistics on Users' use of the Application and to customize content for Users.

Users' personal data will not be transferred to third-country entities, i.e. those based outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If such data transfer does take place, the Processor ensures that it will take place in accordance with the law and with appropriate mechanisms to ensure its legality.
Users' personal data are stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of data processing. In particular, Users' personal data are processed until the account is deleted and for a period of 5 years in connection with the fulfillment of the Processor's legal tax and accounting obligations.
To the extent that Users' personal data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the Processor, the data is processed until the legitimate interest ceases or the User submits an effective objection to the processing.

The right to access the data, including obtaining a copy of the data - the User has the right to receive from the Processor information about the processing of the User's personal data, including, in particular, the purposes and legal grounds for the processing, the scope of the data held and the period of its storage, the recipients of the data

The right to erasure - User has the right to request the erasure of data that is no longer necessary for any of the purposes of processing
The right to restrict processing - User has the right to request the cessation of operations on personal information concerning him/her, except, among other things, their storage or processing based on the User's consent
The right to data portability - in certain cases, the User has the right to request the release of personal data concerning him in a structured machine-readable format or to send this data to another entity
Right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Processor
The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To the extent that the processing of personal data is based on the User's consent, the User has the right to withdraw consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data before its withdrawal.
Users' personal data will not be used by the Processor for automated decision-making and profiling.
